Who will pick up the car after my rental ends?

A Style Drive driver will deliver your car anywhere within Dubai and will pick it up from the location most convenient for you once your rental ends. Delivery to other emirates is available upon request.

Can I transport alcohol in the rented car?

You may transport alcohol only if you have an alcohol license. Small personal-use quantities, such as items purchased at Duty Free, are usually tolerated, but transporting larger commercial amounts is illegal and can result in serious consequences for both the driver and the rental company.

Is smoking allowed in the car?

No. Smoking in Style Drive vehicles is strictly prohibited and results in a fine.

How to pay for parking?

Parking can be paid either through a street parking machine — by inserting coins and placing the printed ticket on the dashboard — or by SMS, sent from a UAE number to 7275. Example: O44970 363K 4 (car plate, parking zone, number of hours).

How much is parking in Dubai?

Parking costs vary depending on the location. Shopping malls typically offer free parking, hotels and restaurants usually provide valet parking which may be free or paid, while city streets have paid parking zones with rates starting from $0.55 per hour.

What kind of gasoline should I use?

Dubai gas stations offer two types of fuel: Super (98) and Special (95). A Style Drive manager will advise which type is required for your vehicle. You do not need to leave the car at the gas station — simply tell the attendant the fuel type and amount you need.

Are there traffic jams in Dubai?

Yes, especially on the Dubai–Sharjah route during peak hours. Local authorities constantly improve infrastructure, but heavy traffic is still common.

What can cause fines in Dubai?

Exceeding the speed limit, driving without a license, running a red light, driving under the influence, maintaining insufficient distance between vehicles, and driving a car without license plates — all of these can lead to fines. Only drivers listed in the contract may operate the car. However, Style Drive allows adding a second driver to the same rental agreement.

I booked a car but my trip was cancelled. Will I get my money back?

No worries — Style Drive does not take prepayments.You pay only upon arrival in Dubai.If your trip changes, simply notify us and we will cancel your booking at no cost.
